| C.S.C.I QUALITY RATING EXCELLENT CareFree is contracted to North Yorkshire Social Services and the Department of Health to provide support to carers in the Craven area. Our team of trained caring people (both men and women) will provde companionship to a dependent in their own home for a few hours whilst their full time carer takes a break. No matter how much you love someone, caring for them 24 hours a day takes its toll. Sometimes people feel guilty about asking for help. They may feel this shows a weakness on their part. This is quite the reverse. In order to cope you need breathing space to re-charge your own batteries.
