Lifelong Learning Development Worker Project – Craven Area
The Learning and Skills Council North Yorkshire (LSCNY) is developing an Adult Learning Campaign across North Yorkshire which aims to demonstrate the value of learning and to encourage more people to engage in learning opportunities. Supported by funding from Yorkshire Forward the campaign will run initially until 31 March 2005.
As part of taking the Campaign forward across the North Yorkshire region, nine posts of Lifelong Learning Development Workers (LLDWs) have been created. The workers are being employed by, and are based within, partner organisations from the voluntary and community sector.
